Our product has a digital signature and is easily recognized. Ebay and the web are regularly monitored to ensure that our product is not being resold without our permission.

We reserve the right to reject any order, as we see fit, without giving any reason.

We may change these Terms of Sale at any time by posting changes on this website, and without giving you notice, so please check these Terms of Sale whenever you submit an order to us. If you place an order with us after we have posted any change to these Terms of Sale, you will be agreeing to that change.

Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, i.e., if you are an individual and are placing an order, you may cancel your order before the expiry of thirty days beginning on the day after you receive the goods from us. If you wish to cancel, please send an email to that effect to selling0480@aol.com and return the items.

Some of our products are for children, but we do not sell to children. If you are seventeen or under, you should not purchase anything from this website.

Under our policy we accept returns on any Disc that you receive damaged or that does not work. We must be contacted straight away to enable us to endeavor to do our best to solve any problems you might have.

Delivery and Returns

Please refer to our estimated delivery times. We cannot guarantee delivery within any time frame, but if we fail to deliver within twenty-eight days after we have accepted your order, you may cancel your order by contacting us at selling0480@aol.com.

If you exercise your right to cancel you must return any items that have already been delivered to you within twenty-one days after you cancel your order, and then we will refund the full price you paid us for delivery and handling.

If you return any item to us within twenty-one days after it was delivered to you because it is defective or because we sent it to you in error, we will refund the price of that item, and the reasonable costs of returning it to us. Whenever you return an item to us we may examine it to check whether it is actually defective.

You must include proof of payment i.e. printout of paypal transaction and a brief written explanation of the reason for the return, with each returned item. Returns should be sent by recorded delivery and posted to the address stipulated in Paypal.

Availability and Payment

Our prices, delivery charges and the availability of our stock (if limited) are published on this website. The price and delivery charges payable are those in force at the date and time you send your order to us. We may change our prices and charges at any time.

We try to ensure that the prices and charges and availability published on this website are accurate, but we need to check the prices and charges on your order. We will inform you if our actual prices and charges are different from those stated on your order form and the availability of the items you have ordered. If our actual prices or charges are higher than those on your order, you will only pay your order amount; if our actual prices and charges are lower, we will charge you the lower amount. We will inform you by email if any item you have ordered is unavailable.

If you order online you must pay by Paypal, credit or debit card at the time you send us your order. We accept payment by Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Delta, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Mastercard.

You undertake and warrant that all details you provide to us when you place your order will be correct, that any credit or debit card you use belongs to you, and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the price of the items you order and our delivery charges.

We reserve the right to obtain validation of any credit or debit card details before accepting any order.

If your order is to be delivered to an address outside the United Kingdom you may have to pay import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs authorities for details.
